Join our current Urban Chef Resident, Chef James Noble, for an evening exploring the art and science of lacto-fermentation.

We’ll begin with a walk to the Half Acre for a harvesting demonstration featuring root vegetables grown on the farm. From there, we’ll gather in the Outdoor Kitchen to learn the fundamentals of lacto-fermentation and create our own ferments to take home.
