Back in the 1920s and ’30s, Harlem communities threw rent parties to show up for their neighbors. Folks packed into living rooms and backyards to dance, eat, listen to music, and have a good time while helping each other make ends meet.
Our fundraiser pays homage to that tradition.
Join us on Sunday, July 12 for a night of music, dancing, food, and friends. Your support helps us grow fresh food, host free community programs, strengthen mutual aid networks, and keep the good times rolling here in Pomona.
