This all-ages class is designed for the whole family to move, stretch, and connect—while practicing yoga in both English and Spanish. Surrounded by the beauty of the farm, Juanita guides participants through gentle poses, mindful breathing, and fun movement that everyone can enjoy. No experience needed—just bring your family, your curiosity, and a mat or blanket!
